1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Cosmetic Careers ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on Cosmetic Careers for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the Platform
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Job Postings and Applications

For Employers

Employers are responsible for the accuracy of job postings and must comply with all applicable employment laws. You agree not to post jobs that:

• Are discriminatory or violate equal opportunity laws
• Contain false or misleading information
• Require payment from applicants
• Are for illegal activities

For Jobseekers

Jobseekers are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles and applications. You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Impersonate another person
• Harass or abuse employers or other users

5. Payment Terms

Certain features of the Platform may require payment. By purchasing these features, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your account
• Provide accurate billing information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method
• Understand that fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Cosmetic Careers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Cosmetic Careers, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Platform.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
